教育目標 Course Target

實證醫學的推動與實踐是世界潮流的脈動,我們國家的醫學教育已將此列為訓練核心,由於病人的主要照護決策權是由臨床醫師與病人共同決定,所以醫療實務上,運用醫病共享決策(Shared Decision Making)是一重要趨勢。醫病共享決策是合作的過程,讓病人與醫療提供者共同做出醫療決定,這個決定是運用實證醫學上的證據。由於醫療決策不再是單由醫師決定,而是擴及所有相關領域,可見實證醫學對於醫務管理亦是重要一環。本課程內容以教師所提供的上課講義為主,搭配建議參考的書籍,期學生可以獨立獲取實證醫學證據,並書面與口頭成果報告。

The promotion and practice of medicine are the trend of the world. Our country's medical education has listed this as the core of training. Since the main care decision of patients is determined by clinical doctors and patients, in medical practice, using Shared Decision Making is an important trend. Medical-sharing decisions are a cooperative process that allows patients and medical providers to make medical decisions together, which are based on practical medical evidence. Since medical decisions are no longer determined by the doctor, but are expanded to all relevant areas, it can be seen that medicine is also an important part of medical management. The content of this course is mainly based on the lectures provided by the teacher. It is combined with the books recommended to refer to. Students can independently obtain practical medical certificates and report on writing and oral results.

課程概述 Course Description

The subject of experimental design is important due to its widespread use in many areas of scientific research. The topic of this course will include introduction of the principles of experimental designs and randomization, the process of design and corresponding analysis of variance. We shall introduce many important designs, such as completely randomized design, randomized block design, Latin type design, nested design, factorial design, incomplete design, split-plot design, cross over design, and response surface design. It is essential that students obtain a firm understanding of the philosophical basis and of the principles of experimental design as well as a broad knowledge of available designs together with their assumptions and application. The students also need to learn how to derive a liner model from a specific design. Based on linear model theory, they should be able to derive the statistical inferences of various designs.
