課程概述 Course Description

儘管當今的生產管理技術因著資訊科技的進步有許多的突破,製造過程的本身仍需要透過自動、半自動、或手工的加工或裝配程序來達成。為了確保製造過程能貫徹生產計劃及產品規格,該過程必須被有效地加以監控。製造控制系統(Manufacturing Control Systems, MCS)的目的即在滿足上述的需求。在MCS方面,本課程將教授以下的內容: (1) 生產自動化的相關設備及可程式邏輯控制器(PLC) (2) 資料擷取及控制元件 (3) 圖控軟體(採用Advantech: ADAMView) (4) MCS架構 在MCS的上層是製造執行系統(Manufacturing Execution Systems, MES)。MES接收MCS的資訊並加以彙整。其彙整的資訊將與生產計劃相比較,以作為控制MCS的依據,最終將影響對實體設備的控制;例如由SPC分析得到品質異常的資訊而採取停機命令的措施或由於緊急插單而採行不同的派工法則。本課程的第二個目的即在教授學生有關MES的功能,其與上層的生產計劃,及其與下層的MCS間的互動關係。相關的技術及內容主要以Extend模擬軟體說明生產規劃、控制及模擬。
Although today's production management technology has made many breakthroughs due to the advancement of information technology, the manufacturing process itself still needs to be achieved through automatic, semi-automatic, or manual processing or assembly procedures. In order to ensure that the manufacturing process can produce plans and product specifications, the process must be effectively monitored. The purpose of manufacturing control systems (MCS) is to meet the above requirements. In the MCS aspect, this course will teach the following: (1) Production and automation related equipment and programmable logic controller (PLC) (2) Data acquisition and control components (3) Image control software (using Advantech: ADAMView) (4) MCS architecture On the upper layer of MCS is Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). The MES receives the MCS information and reorganizes it. The complete information will be compared with the production plan, and as a basis for controlling the MCS, it will eventually affect the control of the physical equipment; for example, the SPC analyzes the abnormal quality information and adopts the shutdown command, or adopts different dispatch methods due to emergency insertion. The second purpose of this course is to teach students about the function of MES, its interaction with the upper-level production plan, and its lower-level MCS. The relevant technologies and content mainly use Extend simulation software to explain production planning, control and simulation.
