民主主義社会において政治の本質は語ることである。そのため、「政治コミュニケーション」では政治を権力論ではなく、政策を決定する中で政治家が有権者に語りかけるコミュニケーションという観点からとらえ発展してきた。そして、現代では社会で直面する様々な問題解決の過程でも交渉や規則の決め方、説得、権力との調整などあらゆるコミュニケーション活動が行われていることから私的な日常さえも政治の一部として位置づけられる。今期の講義では「政治コミュニケーション」が中心的な役割を果たす事例として「言語と権力」を取り上げる。特に、多言語社会に注目し、ことばという観点から政治について理解を深める。

The essence of democratic society and politics is the essence of democracy.そのため、「political コミュニケーション」ではpolitical 権力论ではなく、policyをdeterminationする中でが有権者に语りかけるコミュニケーションという観点からとらえ発开してきた.そして, modern society でface to face する様々なProblem solving process でも渉やrules のdetermination めめ、说得、権力との Adjustment などあらゆるコミュニケーションactivitiesが行われていることからprivateなdailyさえもpoliticalの一一として Locationづけられる. 在全球化及多元文化高度滲透的今日，國與國或公與私的界線已日趨模糊，為因應此一趨勢，本課程的討論範圍將不僅限於國家、政府、議會、政黨等固有的公部門領域，也會將觸角延伸至歷史、社會、經濟、媒體、教育、家庭、社區等的政治周邊領域。

In today's world where globalization and multiculturalism are highly permeable, the boundaries between countries or between public and private have become increasingly blurred. In response to this trend, the scope of discussion in this course will not only be limited to the inherent public sector fields such as the country, government, parliament, and political parties, but will also extend its reach to surrounding political fields such as history, society, economy, media, education, family, and community.
