這門課主要是對即將步入教育實習的師資生們作準備。透過這門課的學習討論,師資生將瞭解目前中等學校之教學、班級經營、行政等實務相關問題,並了解教育實習可能面臨的情境問題及可能的處理方式,以幫助師資生進入教育實習機構能快速適應學習並發揮所長,增加教育專業能力。
1. 了解目前中等學校之教學、班級經營、行政等概況與問題。
2. 認識教育實習的角色與任務。
3. 掌握教育實習、教師資格考試及教師甄試之知能。
4. 提高自我教育專業發展及教學檔案製作的能力。
5. 培養同儕相互教學回饋及共同學習合作之態度。
This course is mainly for teachers and students who are about to enter the educational practice. Through the learning discussion in this course, teachers will understand the current teaching, class management, administration and other practical issues in secondary schools, and understand the situational problems that may be encountered in educational practice and possible treatment methods, so as to help teachers and students enter the educational practice organization and quickly adapt to their learning and grow up, and increase their professional education ability.
1. Understand the general and issues of teaching, class management, administration, etc. in secondary schools.
2. Understand the role and mission of educational practice.
3. Master the knowledge of educational practice, teacher qualification test and teacher test.
4. Improve the ability to develop professional self-education and create teaching files.
5. Cultivate the attitude of mutual teaching and cooperation between classmates.

This course is mainly for students who are about to enter the education practice. Through the learning discussion of this course, we will understand the current teaching, class management, administration and other related issues in secondary schools. Students will also understand the situational problems that may be encountered in the education practice and possible treatment methods, so that students can quickly adapt to their learning and develop their seniority when entering the education practice organization, and increase their professional education ability.
