教育目標 Course Target

這門課主要是對即將步入教育實習的師資生們作準備。透過這門課的學習討論,師資生將瞭解目前中等學校之教學、班級經營、行政等實務相關問題,並了解教育實習可能面臨的情境問題及可能的處理方式,以幫助師資生進入教育實習機構能快速適應學習並發揮所長,增加教育專業能力。 1. 了解目前中等學校之教學、班級經營、行政等概況與問題。 2. 認識教育實習的角色與任務。 3. 掌握教育實習、教師資格考試及教師甄試之知能。 4. 提高自我教育專業發展及教學檔案製作的能力。 5. 培養同儕相互教學回饋及共同學習合作之態度。 This course is mainly to prepare teachers and students who are about to enter educational internship. Through the study and discussion of this course, teacher students will understand the current practical issues related to teaching, class management, and administration in secondary schools, and understand the situational problems that educational internships may face and possible ways to deal with them, so as to help teacher students enter educational internship institutions. Ability to quickly adapt to learning and give full play to strengths, increasing professional abilities in education. 1. Understand the current general situation and problems of teaching, class management, administration, etc. in secondary schools. 2. Understand the roles and tasks of educational internship. 3. Master the knowledge and skills of educational internship, teacher qualification examination and teacher selection examination. 4. Improve the ability of self-education professional development and teaching file production. 5. Cultivate an attitude of peer feedback and mutual learning and cooperation.


課程概述 Course Description

這門課主要是對即將步入教育實習的學生們作準備,透過這門課的學習討論,瞭解目前中等學校之教學、班級經營、行政等相關問題;學生們亦將了解教育實習可能面臨的情境問題及可能的處理方式,以期學生進入教育實習機構能快速適應學習並發揮所長,增加教育專業能力。
This course is mainly to prepare students who are about to enter education internship. Through the study and discussion of this course, they will understand the current teaching, class management, administration and other related issues in secondary schools; students will also understand the challenges that education internship may face. Situational problems and possible solutions, so that students can quickly adapt to learning and develop their strengths when entering educational internship institutions, and increase their professional abilities in education.
