教育目標 Course Target

台灣已經將「地方創生」訂定為重大國家策略,以解決人口結構在量在質上的危機。 為學生能在地方有效執行創生策略,協助國內外社區建立可永續發展之商業模式, 使年輕人可以深耕地方,繁榮地方並吸引人口回流,本課程將藉由建構學生地方創生知能, 並在實習場域中培養實務經驗及實作能力來產出具以及國際觀之地方創生跨領域人才。 課程具體目標:培養學生具有在社區推動及執行可獲利的商業運轉模式之規劃及執行 能力,簡述如下﹕ 1. 了解地方,資源盤點及把握市場需求脈動之能力。 2. 協助在地社區將人文地產景特色加以商品化之能力。 3. 整合地方及中央產官學相關資源之能力。 在執行上,將有下列具體措施﹕ 1. 由授課老師藉由實際案例來建構學生地方創生各層面之背景知識。 2. 透過研習台灣「百年講茶學院」建立國際茶知識證照制度,及創立品牌特色的創生過程,學習永續發展商業模式。 3. 學生真實參加「講茶學院」「茶葉品評一級、二級國際證照」的考照(自費),取得「台灣茶體驗經濟」的獨一能力。 4. 透過「大象生出水牛來」所整合的日本及台灣經驗,培養學生協助在地社區將人文地產景特色加以商品化之能力。 5. 以「南投縣竹山鎮」為實踐場域讓學生在教師及「小鎮文創」業師之指導下進行實作,以培養實戰能力。 6. 和大陸相關單位進行合作,使學生藉由暑假海外實習在地方創生之最前線進行實務之磨練。 本課程希望藉由提供學生地方創生的多元背景知識並建構其在海內外場域之實務經驗, 來對台灣及東亞地區目前所面臨之人口結構快速劣化之議題做出實際之回應。Taiwan has designated "local induction" as a major national strategy to solve the population structure in quantity and quality crisis. To effectively implement the development strategy in the local area, help students to establish a business model that can develop continuously in the domestic and foreign communities. This course will create knowledge by constructing students to learn about the local area, to promote the local area, and to attract the return of the population. And cultivate practical experience and practical ability in the field to generate cross-regional talents and internationally visit local areas. Course specific goals: Cultivate students to promote and implement profitable business transfer models in the community Ability, briefly described as follows: 1. Understand local areas, resource pools and the ability to grasp market demand movements. 2. Help local communities to commercialize their cultural heritage characteristics. 3. Integrate the ability of local and central government officials to learn related resources. In terms of execution, the following specific measures will be taken: 1. The teacher uses actual cases to construct background knowledge of students and creates various levels of students. 2. Through the study of Taiwan’s “Centenary Tea School”, we will establish an international tea knowledge certification system and the creation process of creating brand characteristics, and learn to develop the business model forever. 3. Students will actually participate in the examination (self-cost) of "Tea Leaf Evaluation First-Level and Second-Level International Certificate" and obtain the unique ability of "Taiwan Tea Experience Economy". 4. Through the Japanese and Taiwan experience integrated by "Elephants Birth Buffalo", students can cultivate the ability of local communities to commercialize the characteristics of human heritage. 5. Using "Zhushan Town, Nantou County" as the practical field, students can conduct work under the guidance of teachers and "Xiaozhen Literature Creation" practitioners to cultivate their combat capabilities. 6. Cooperate with relevant units in Mainland China to enable students to practice at the forefront of local students through summer vacation. This course hopes to provide students with diverse background knowledge and construct their practical experience in domestic and overseas fields by providing students with diverse background knowledge and building their practical experience in the field of domestic and foreign affairs. It has made a practical response to the rapid deterioration of the population structure currently facing Taiwan and Eastern Asia.
