教育目標 Course Target

台灣已經將「地方創生」訂定為重大國家策略,以解決人口結構在量在質上的危機。 為學生能在地方有效執行創生策略,協助國內外社區建立可永續發展之商業模式, 使年輕人可以深耕地方,繁榮地方並吸引人口回流,本課程將藉由建構學生地方創生知能, 並在實習場域中培養實務經驗及實作能力來產出具以及國際觀之地方創生跨領域人才。 課程具體目標:培養學生具有在社區推動及執行可獲利的商業運轉模式之規劃及執行 能力,簡述如下﹕ 1. 了解地方,資源盤點及把握市場需求脈動之能力。 2. 協助在地社區將人文地產景特色加以商品化之能力。 3. 整合地方及中央產官學相關資源之能力。 在執行上,將有下列具體措施﹕ 1. 由授課老師藉由實際案例來建構學生地方創生各層面之背景知識。 2. 透過研習台灣「百年講茶學院」建立國際茶知識證照制度,及創立品牌特色的創生過程,學習永續發展商業模式。 3. 學生真實參加「講茶學院」「茶葉品評一級、二級國際證照」的考照(自費),取得「台灣茶體驗經濟」的獨一能力。 4. 透過「大象生出水牛來」所整合的日本及台灣經驗,培養學生協助在地社區將人文地產景特色加以商品化之能力。 5. 以「南投縣竹山鎮」為實踐場域讓學生在教師及「小鎮文創」業師之指導下進行實作,以培養實戰能力。 6. 和大陸相關單位進行合作,使學生藉由暑假海外實習在地方創生之最前線進行實務之磨練。 本課程希望藉由提供學生地方創生的多元背景知識並建構其在海內外場域之實務經驗, 來對台灣及東亞地區目前所面臨之人口結構快速劣化之議題做出實際之回應。Taiwan has formulated "local revitalization" as a major national strategy to solve the quantitative and qualitative crisis in its population structure. To enable students to effectively implement local entrepreneurial strategies and assist domestic and foreign communities in establishing sustainable development business models, To enable young people to cultivate local areas, prosper the place and attract the population back, this course will build students' local knowledge creation skills, And cultivate practical experience and practical ability in the internship field to produce tools and create cross-field talents with an international perspective. Specific goals of the course: To train students to be able to plan and execute profitable business operations models in the community Ability, briefly described as follows: 1. The ability to understand the place, inventory resources and grasp the pulse of market demand. 2. The ability to assist local communities in commercializing cultural and real estate landscape features. 3. The ability to integrate local and central industry, government, and academia-related resources. In terms of implementation, there will be the following specific measures: 1. The instructor uses actual cases to construct students’ background knowledge on various aspects of place creation. 2. Learn the sustainable development business model by studying the creation process of establishing an international tea knowledge certification system and creating brand characteristics at Taiwan's "Centennial Tea Lectures Academy". 3. Students actually participate in the "Tea Teaching Academy" "First and Second Class International Tea Tasting Certificate" examination (at their own expense) and obtain the unique ability of "Taiwan Tea Experience Economy". 4. Through the integration of Japanese and Taiwanese experiences in "The elephant gave birth to a buffalo", cultivate students' ability to help local communities commercialize the characteristics of cultural and real estate landscapes. 5. Using "Zhushan Town, Nantou County" as the practical site, students can practice under the guidance of teachers and "small town cultural and creative" practitioners to cultivate practical abilities. 6. Cooperate with relevant units in mainland China to enable students to gain practical training at the forefront of local innovation through summer overseas internships. This course hopes to provide students with diverse background knowledge on place creation and build their practical experience in local and overseas fields. To provide a practical response to the rapid deterioration of the demographic structure currently faced by Taiwan and East Asia.
