教育目標 Course Target
為因應深耕計畫全校博雅教育的推動,整合校內學生社群幹部的培育,規劃此Tunghai’s way課程,成為每一位學生領袖幹部的基礎培力課程,貫徹本校立校14點備忘錄所述東海所欲培養的人才理念。
課程所規劃的內容,將從認識這所學校的立校精神,從各種立校的文獻中,深入了解立校的教育理念,並實地的從企業主管、畢業校友的角度,述說曾經受到的東海教育、立校精神為其帶來的影響;並闡述僕人領導的服務精神及特質,規劃學生領袖培育的路徑,讓課外的學習規劃能真正將求真、篤信、力行校訓,落實到生活與學習當中。
課程分六大部分:
1. 東海立校精神探討:立校教育理念文獻探討,校訓求真、篤信、力行;校園各年代畢業學長姊分享。
2. 學生領袖培育之路:認識僕人領導及學生領袖培育路徑。
3. 繪製自己四年課外學習生涯地圖。
4. 認識OKR及設定個人目標。
5. 校園環境認識:校園定向越野活動。
6. 傳唱東海,認識校歌、傳唱校歌、立定志向與東海人責任使命的承擔。
In response to the promotion of liberal arts education in the entire school and the integration of the cultivation of student community leaders within the school, this Tunghai’s way course was planned to become a basic training course for every student leader and implement the talent concept that Tunghai wants to cultivate as stated in the 14-point memorandum of the founding of the school.
The planned contents of the course will include understanding the school’s founding spirit, and in-depth understanding of the school’s educational philosophy from various school-founding documents. From the perspective of business executives and alumni, they will describe the impact of Donghai education and the school’s founding spirit. They will also elaborate on the service spirit and characteristics of servant leaders, and plan the path for cultivating student leaders, so that extracurricular learning plans can truly implement the school’s motto of seeking truth, faith, and practice into life and study.
The course is divided into six parts:
1. Discussion on the founding spirit of Donghai School: Discussion on the literature on the educational philosophy of the founding school, the school motto of seeking truth, faith, and practice; sharing by senior sisters who have graduated from different generations on campus.
2. The path to cultivating student leaders: Understanding servant leadership and the path to cultivating student leaders.
3. Draw a map of your four-year extracurricular learning career.
4. Understand OKR and set personal goals.
5. Understanding the campus environment: campus orienteering activities.
6. Sing Donghai, understand the school song, sing the school song, set aspirations and assume the responsibility and mission of Donghai people.
