教育目標 Course Target
「成功之道」課程的宗旨:培養以誠信為本的僕人式領導 (Developing Servant Leaders of Integrity)。
通過重點培養學生的僕人領導心態、誠信/倫理、和計畫執行團隊項目的能力,致力於促進學生領導力的發展。
本課程有三大核心價值:(1)僕人式心態 Servant-hood : 以他人為中心的思維,通過用無私的態度去服務,成就他人之美,提升他人的價值;(2)誠信/倫理 Integrity/Ethics:具有裏外一致的品格,思想、語言和行動一致; (3) 領導力 Leadership:發掘自身能力,幫助他人更加發現自身的價值,並為自己所處的領域帶來積極影響。
The purpose of the "Way to Success" course is to develop Servant Leaders of Integrity.
Committed to promoting the development of student leadership by focusing on cultivating students' servant leadership mentality, integrity/ethics, and the ability to plan and execute team projects.
This course has three core values: (1) Servant-hood: other-centered thinking, serving with a selfless attitude, achieving the beauty of others, and enhancing the value of others; (2) Integrity/Ethics: having a consistent character inside and outside, with consistent thoughts, words, and actions; (3) Leadership: exploring one's own abilities, helping others discover their own value, and bringing positive impact to the field in which one is located.
