隨著我國新南向政策的提出，東南亞各國似乎已成為當前我國各界均無法漠視的新興領域。基於此，本課程嘗試從國際關係的角度和學理概說，探討當前東南亞的國際關係現狀和相關課題，諸如南中國海主權爭端、海洋東南亞的領土爭議、跨國恐怖主義、國際組織和區域經濟整合等議題；本課程的目標是期望透過理論與個案的印證，培養學生基本的學習興趣。

With the proposal of my country's New Southbound Policy, Southeast Asian countries seem to have become an emerging area that all walks of life in my country cannot ignore. Based on this, this course attempts to explore the current status of international relations in Southeast Asia and related topics from the perspective of international relations and theoretical overview, such as sovereignty disputes in the South China Sea, territorial disputes in maritime Southeast Asia, transnational terrorism, international organizations, and regional economic integration. The goal of this course is to cultivate students' basic interest in learning through theoretical and case studies.
