管理學是管理學院/商學院的基礎課程之一，透過對基本管理理論之了解，將有助於未來修習與提升進階管理相關課程之知識與能力。本課程目的在協助大學部學生了解管理學的基礎理論，並培養學生連結理論與實務之能力，以落實所學習之理論於未來實務工作之中。同時，透過電影內容中所傳達之管理知識，以多元化學習方式將管理學內容導入生活，強化管理學之學習與認同感，讓管理能更貼近個人生活層面。Management is one of the basic courses in management schools/business schools. An understanding of basic management theories will help you study and improve your knowledge and abilities in advanced management-related courses in the future. The purpose of this course is to help undergraduate students understand the basic theories of management, and to cultivate students' ability to connect theory and practice, so as to implement the learned theories in future practical work. At the same time, through the management knowledge conveyed in the film content, management content is introduced into life through diversified learning methods, strengthening the learning and identity of management, and making management closer to the level of personal life.
