The main objective of this course is to provide a blend of fundamental leadership concepts and practical skills necessary to improve students' understanding towards leadership behaviors necessary for the contemporary workplace. It begins with an introduction to the characteristics of leaders, leadership behaviors and the influence of leadership in politics, networking and negotiation.
