The objective of this course is to equip students with knowledge of current management environment (e.g. Digital Age); and the ability to analyze management scenarios, apply general management practices to "digital" organizations and apply "digital" management practices to traditional organizations.
Outcomes:
• Broad knowledge of current management practices, challenges, and opportunities across critical management areas, particularly in the context of "digital" transformation across organizations
• Ability to research, analyze, and formulate recommendations to address these management challenges and opportunities.
• Ability to apply general management practices to "digital" organizations.
• Ability to apply "digital" management practices to traditional organizations.
• Understand the importance of People in the Digital Age; and practical application to your professional development as managers.
• Understand the importance of Action in the Digital Age; and practical application to your role as managers.

In lieu of the published text, I will make available annotated presentation slides. Additionally, the course will rely on freely available learning materials and references on the internet.
