教育目標 Course Target

本課程為刑事法案例研究，每週分組報告，探討法學實務之思考邏輯、法理論及法條之適用，藉以增強學生未來從事司法職務之能力。

This course is a case study of criminal law, with reports each week, exploring the thinking logic, legal theory and the application of legal practices, in order to enhance students' ability to engage in judicial duties in the future.
