教育目標 Course Target
債法為整部民法中最為複雜的部分。本課程之目的在於，藉由實例演練讓選修同學確實掌握債法之主要概念及其適用方式，增進法學思維能力。
Debt law is the most complex part of the entire civil law. The purpose of this course is to improve the ability of law thinking through examples to practice and enable students to accurately master the main concepts of debt and their appropriate methods.
