教育目標 Course Target
本課程透過民事案例演習，分析案件所涉及之民事實體法以及訴訟法之爭點，藉由實務案件之分析、討論與
整理，使同學具備解決法律爭點之能力，以作為日後執業能力之基礎。本課程的設計延續同學學習中的民事
實體法與訴訟法，透過熟悉案例中所涉及的實務運用及法律體系，藉由案例的分析及闡釋，結合實體法與程
序法，以奠定同學日後從事法學實務的能力。
