Overview Practices on Criminal Law: Kinds of Offenses
教育目標 Course Target
以案例式教學，案例由來分別為實務、國家考試題目。每堂課進行案例書寫練習，藉由書寫練習了解國家考試或法院關於該案例應如何思考。
Case-based teaching is used, and the sources of the cases are practical and national examination questions. Case writing exercises are carried out in each class. Through writing exercises, students can understand how the national examination or the court should think about the case.
