教育目標 Course Target
以案例式教學，案例由來分別為實務、國家考試題目。每堂課進行案例書寫練習，藉由書寫練習了解國家考試或法院關於該案例應如何思考。
In case-based teaching, cases are derived from practice and national exam topics. Each class is conducted with a case writing practice, and through the book practice, you can learn how the national exam or the court should think about the case.
