本課程包含智慧財產權法體系下的兩部法律，一為著作權法，另一為營業秘密法，前者與企業營運以及個人的日常生活均有關聯，後者則與企業營運較有關聯，是目前注重智慧財產權環境下修習法律者應該要知悉其基本概念的學科。授內容除了相關法學理論外，更包含實務上的爭訟問題。講述時會配合Power Point及相關短片。在講授時間的安排上，著作權法約占總授課時間的三分之二。

This course covers two laws under the intellectual property law system, one is copyright law and the other is trade secrets law. The former is related to corporate operations and personal daily life, while the latter is more related to corporate operations. It is a subject that those who study law in the current environment that focuses on intellectual property rights should know its basic concepts. In addition to relevant legal theories, the teaching content also includes practical litigation issues. The presentation will be accompanied by Power Point and related short videos. In terms of teaching time arrangement, copyright law accounts for approximately two-thirds of the total teaching time.
