教育目標 Course Target
本學期課程，預計探討現行民法意思表示錯誤相關規範的歷史起源與發展。課程中會使用羅馬法原始文獻（附英文譯文），由任課教師解說、分析，呈現民法的歷史基礎與思考方法。
In this course, we plan to explore the historical origins and development of the existing civil law expression errors. During the course, the original Roman law text (with English translation) will be used, which will be explained and analyzed by the teacher to present the historical basis and thinking methods of civil law.
課程概述 Course Description
使學生瞭解法制史之意義及重要性，鑑往知來---在以古為鑑下去省思中西法律文化的衝擊，並進而反省如何使法律文化生根。
Let students understand the meaning and importance of legal history, and understand the past - continue to reflect on the impact of Chinese and Western legal cultures, and then reflect on how to take root in legal culture.
