教育目標 Course Target
本學期課程，預計探討現行民法意思表示錯誤相關規範的歷史起源與發展。課程中會使用羅馬法原始文獻（附英文譯文），由任課教師解說、分析，呈現民法的歷史基礎與思考方法。
This semester’s course is expected to explore the historical origin and development of the current norms related to errors in expression of intention in civil law. Original documents of Roman law (with English translations) will be used in the course, and the teachers will explain and analyze them to present the historical foundation and thinking methods of civil law.
課程概述 Course Description
使學生瞭解法制史之意義及重要性，鑑往知來---在以古為鑑下去省思中西法律文化的衝擊，並進而反省如何使法律文化生根。
To enable students to understand the significance and importance of legal history and learn from the past - to reflect on the impact of Chinese and Western legal culture by using the past as a mirror, and then reflect on how to make legal culture take root.
