近年來證券市場蓬勃發展，證券投資人與交易量均大幅增加，使得證券市場中所出現之各種弊端及運作機制備受各界重視，為使同學能深入認識證券市場運作之規範理論與實務，並能掌握時事分析相關議題，特開闢此一課程。而課程中將對有價證券之發行、證券市場的運作、公開發行公司之管理規範、證券市場不法行為、投資人保護等各項議題輔以實例加以介紹。而本課程之進行主要以講授為主，討論為輔，並將邀請學者專家參與課程之進行，鼓勵學生認真參與課堂討論，以求理論與實務並重。
In recent years, the securities market has developed vigorously, and the securities investors and trading volume have increased significantly, which has led to the various drawbacks and operating mechanism preparations in the securities market being valued by all walks of life. In order to enable students to deeply understand the scope and practice of securities market operations, and to master relevant issues of current affairs analysis, this course is specially opened. In the course, various issues such as issuance of securities, operation of securities markets, management regulations of public issuance companies, illegal behavior in securities markets, and investors protection will be introduced in practical terms. The course is mainly conducted on lectures and discussions, and students will be invited to participate in the course, encouraging students to participate in the course, so as to seek both theoretical and practical considerations.
