本學期課程主要目標在於培養學生進行個案工作專業的全觀視角，並且培養專業敏感度與增進會談技巧，透過示範與演練，學習個案工作每一階段的主要會談技巧。本學期的課程設計包括：個案工作每一流程所需要的會談技巧、社會工作者與案主間的專業關係探討、社會工作者與督導的合作、個案紀錄撰寫、社會工作者的自我探索與專業發展等。The main goal of this semester's course is to cultivate students' comprehensive professional perspective in case work, and to cultivate professional sensitivity and improve interview skills. Through demonstrations and drills, students can learn the main interview skills at each stage of case work. The course design for this semester includes: negotiation skills required for each process of case work, discussion of the professional relationship between social workers and clients, cooperation between social workers and supervisors, case record writing, and self-exploration and professionalism of social workers development etc.
