Social Organization
教育目標 Course Target
這門課的目的是要從社會學的視野與訓練出發，來分析現代社會的組織與組織生活。我們將從基本的組織理論出發，進而解析組織的不同面向及課題。授課重點將放在企業這個組織上，但是社會生活中的其他重要組織，如學校、政黨、宗教等等，相關的議題仍將會在課堂上討論。
The purpose of this course is to analyze the organizational and organizational life of modern society from the perspective and training of society. We will develop from basic organizational theory to analyze the different aspects and subjects of the organization. The focus of the teaching will be on the enterprise organization, but other important organizations in social life, such as schools, political parties, religion, etc., will still be discussed in the classroom.
