為協助本系學生及早瞭解公共服務實務，本系研商推展大學部實習計畫已久。過去試辦約六年之久的「志工管理與公共服務」選修課程，今改以「行政實習Ⅰ、Ⅱ」為名，並將學分數調降為上下學期各2學分，並限制為大三或大四學生的專屬選修而接續辦理。
本課程設計延續自過去前述上下學期課程的設計，皆以「學生學習成效」之驗證為核心，希望提供多元協助讓大四學生在畢業前可以將四年所學進行盤點，進而選擇一個實習場域及議題，結合一群好友共同發揮所長，為自己的就業履歷衝刺出一份藍海作品。
今年延續108上學期之安排，開始執行108小時校外專案實習。讓學生從多個專案計畫中，選擇自己感興趣的專案。過程中，將分配指導老師進行機構訪視，以及實習之外的專案討論，協助學生能夠如質如實完成所選專案。

In order to help students in this department understand public service practices as soon as possible, this department has been developing and promoting university department practical plans for a long time. The "Volunteer Management and Public Service" selection course, which has been held for about six years, has been changed to the name of "Administrative Practice I and II", and has lowered the academic score to 2 points for each period of the previous and second periods, and has limited it to the special selection for junior or senior students and continue to be carried out.
This course design continues from the previous and second-year course designs, all centered on the verification of "Student Learning Achievements". We hope to provide diverse assistance to senior students who can hold four years of study before graduation, and then choose a practical field and discussion topic, combine a group of friends to jointly develop the chief, and create a work of Blue Sea for their career.
This year, the 108-hour off-campus project implementation will be implemented. Let students choose projects that they are interested in from multiple project plans. During the process, the assigned guidance teachers will conduct institutional visits and project discussions outside of practice to help students complete the selected projects as they are in good condition.
