通往地獄之路往往是善意鋪成的!為何好心卻反而幫倒忙?為何善意的政策，最後卻造成更大的破壞或是令人意想不到的結果。答案是缺乏「系統思考(Thinking in Systems)」，當然無法解決系統性的問題。在彼得聖吉(Peter Senge)的「第五項修練」一書中，系統思考正是第五項修練的核心修練。本課程希望帶領學生學習突破直線思考的慣性，進入系統思考的世界，認識系統的結構和行為，了解系統思考的八大模型(系統基模)，掌握解決問題的關鍵，建立見樹又見林的系統思考視野。The road to hell is often paved with good intentions!
