教育目標 Course Target

一般都認為,能夠將無形的文化內容,透過再造、加值與商品化的過程,而藉用產品和服務呈現形式的「文化產業」(cultural industries),是附加價值最高、更具精神價值、永續性與在地全球化可能性的一種知識經濟產業。 然而,不論是學界朗朗上口的「文化創意產業」、「遺產工業」等概念,或是文建會含括廣告、建築、藝術及古董市場、工藝、設計、流行設計與時尚、電影與錄影帶、休閒軟體遊戲、音樂、表演藝術、出版、軟體與電腦服務業、電視與廣播等十三項重點計畫的「創意產業」概念,不論是強調日常生活的美學化,還是呈現符號與象徵的文化活動,都似乎寬廣模糊到讓人摸不著頭緒。 然而,回歸到實務層面來看,不論文化活動或文化產業的發展,皆不免涉及到法源、組織、經費、人事與設備等現實條件,文化活動的進行、文化與文化產業的發展,皆有賴於文化行政從業人員能夠有效管理與推動這些繁雜的庶務,以及扮演「文化行動者與組織╱參與者╱政府」間的協調者角色。 本門課程即在於協助同學從實務層面來認識與討論文化活動的相關議題。 本門課程的目標,即在於協助同學逐步認識文化的意涵、作用與文化產業化等的特性,進而了解文化行政所涉及的政策、法源與組織、經費與人事等業務與相關議題,以及文化行政從業人員應有的觀念與涵養,同時透過分析與檢討政府有關文化產業的政策與措施,期以提供同學進一步思考如何有效管理繁雜的文化行政庶務。It is generally believed that "cultural industries" (cultural industries), which can take intangible cultural content and present it in the form of products and services through the process of re-engineering, value-adding and commercialization, are the ones with the highest added value, more spiritual value, and A knowledge economy industry with sustainability and local globalization possibilities. However, returning to the practical level, the development of cultural activities or cultural industries inevitably involves practical conditions such as legal sources, organizations, funds, personnel, and equipment. The conduct of cultural activities and the development of culture and cultural industries all depend on Practitioners in cultural administration can effectively manage and promote these complex general affairs, and play the role of coordinator between "cultural actors and organizations/participants/government". This course aims to help students understand and discuss issues related to cultural activities from a practical perspective. The goal of this course is to help students gradually understand the meaning, role and characteristics of cultural industrialization, and then understand the policies, legal sources and organizations, funding and personnel and other business and related issues involved in cultural administration, and The concept and cultivation that cultural administration practitioners should have, and through analysis and review of government policies and measures related to the cultural industry, are expected to provide students with further thinking on how to effectively manage complex cultural administrative affairs.
