教育目標 Course Target

人工智慧已在現今人類社會中扮演益發重要的角色,其中,可以取代大量人力的chatbots、或稱對話機器人、智能客服等,更可見已在各行業中的應用。本課程旨在帶領學生了解諮詢性對話機器人之原理,並將為非營利組織製作網頁線上智能客服。本課程目標在訓練學生此方面的就業即戰力,希望學生能以此知識與技能在畢業後進行相關領域的工作。Artificial intelligence has played an increasingly important role in today's human society. Chatbots that can replace a large amount of human power, or dialogue robots, intelligent customer service, etc., can also show its application in various industries. This course aims to lead students to understand the principles of inquiry dialogue robots and will create online intelligent customer service for non-profit organizations. This course aims to train students' career-oriented and combative capabilities. We hope that students can use this knowledge and skills to carry out work in related fields after graduation.
