本課程主要目標在於協助修課同學準備國家考試，並針對當前高考三級考試人事行政類科的考試範圍，傳授西方各國人事制度之歷史沿革、法制規範及其制度設計的理念與精神，以培養同學們未來參與國家考試獲取高分的能力。The main goal of this course is to assist students in preparing for the national examination, and to teach the historical evolution, legal norms and system design concepts and spirit of the personnel system in Western countries based on the current examination scope of the personnel administration subject of the third-level college entrance examination, so as to cultivate The ability of students to participate in national examinations and obtain high scores in the future.
