Personnel Systems of Nations
教育目標 Course Target
本課程主要目標在於協助修課同學準備國家考試，並針對當前高考三級考試人事行政類科的考試範圍，傳授西方各國人事制度之歷史沿革、法制規範及其制度設計的理念與精神，以培養同學們未來參與國家考試獲取高分的能力。
The main purpose of this course is to assist students in preparing for national examinations, and to highlight the current examination scope of the personnel administration subjects of the third-level college entrance examination, and to teach the historical evolution of the personnel systems of Western countries, the legal system and the institutional design concepts and spirits, so as to cultivate the students' ability to get high scores in the future national examinations.
