人類文明史，就是一個不斷創新的歷史。創新基於需要、解決問題，獲得效益而來。當然，習慣讓我們忘記進步，創新思考可以突破習慣領域，而改變，要從領導者的意願開始改變。本課程透過創意與領導的理論與實際案例結合，讓創意者與領導者的思維能有接軌的效果，再藉由角色情境模擬的方式，希冀學生能從中獲得更多元的思維角度。

The history of human civilization is a history of continuous innovation. Innovation is based on needs, solving problems, and obtaining benefits. Of course, habits make us forget progress. Innovative thinking can break through the realm of habits, and change must start with the willingness of the leader. This course combines the theory of creativity and leadership with practical cases to connect the thinking of creatives and leaders. Through the simulation of role situations, it is hoped that students can gain more diverse thinking perspectives.
