人類文明史,就是一個不斷創新的歷史。創新基於需要、解決問題,獲得效益而來。當然,習慣讓我們忘記進步,創新思考可以突破習慣領域,而改變,要從領導者的意願開始改變。本課程透過創意與領導的理論與實際案例結合,讓創意者與領導者的思維能有接軌的效果,再藉由角色情境模擬的方式,希冀學生能從中獲得更多元的思維角度。The history of human civilization is a history of constant innovation. Innovation comes based on needs, solves problems, and gains benefits. Of course, habits make us forget to progress, innovative thinking can break through the habitual realm, and change must start from the leader's intentions. This course combines creativity and leadership theory with actual cases to enable the creative and leadership thinking to have a connected effect, and then through character situation simulation, we hope that students can gain more diverse thinking angles.
