本課程為一學期，三學分課程，向同學介紹東南亞政治社會發展的重要歷程，並使同學對於重要政治，社會，經濟理論建立相當程度的理解，培養學生尊重欣賞多元文化的能力，以及激發學生反思台灣與東南亞之間的互動關係。

This course is a three-school course that introduces students to important courses in the development of political and social society in Southeast Asia, and enables students to establish a considerable understanding of important political, social and economic discussions, cultivate students' ability to respect and appreciate diverse cultures, and stimulate students to reflect on the interaction between Taiwan and Southeast Asia.
