教育目標 Course Target
本學期課程循由比較理路探討各國行政，立法部門，以及司法審查的運作。在這方面，政黨和選舉扮演重要角色。政黨方面，政黨解組成為普遍現象。選舉方面，選制改革，以及直接民主實踐重要性受到越來越多關注
The course of this school is based on a comparative approach to the administration, legislative departments, and judicial review of various countries. In this regard, political parties and choices play an important role. In terms of political parties, the dissolution of political parties has become a universal phenomenon. In terms of selection, the importance of the reform of the election system and the real importance of direct democracy are receiving increasing attention.
