本學期課程循由比較理路探討各國行政，立法部門，以及司法審查的運作。在這方面，政黨和選舉扮演重要角色。政黨方面，政黨解組成為普遍現象。選舉方面，選制改革，以及直接民主實踐重要性受到越來越多關注
This semester's course explores the operations of executive, legislative, and judicial review in various countries through a comparative approach. In this regard, political parties and elections play an important role. Regarding political parties, political party disorganization has become a common phenomenon. In terms of elections, electoral reform and the importance of direct democratic practice have received increasing attention
