教育目標 Course Target
1、以講述票據法為主幹，而論及公司及保險等商法基本概念。
2、票據法之介紹係以當今銀行業之支票存款業務為主，輔以司法審判實務見解。
3、介紹銀行業對外招考之試題及解答。
4、介紹重大金融及商事案件。
1. Focus on the negotiable instrument law as the main body, and discuss the basic concepts of commercial law such as companies and insurance.
2. The introduction to the Negotiable Instruments Law is mainly based on the check deposit business of today's banking industry, supplemented by practical insights from judicial trials.
3. Introduce the test questions and answers for external recruitment examinations in the banking industry.
4. Introduce major financial and commercial cases.

1、對銀行法之基本認識。
2、了解銀行業務之實際運作。
3、分析銀行與客戶間之法律糾紛及法律規範。

2. Understand the actual operation of banking business.
3. Analyze legal disputes and legal regulations between banks and customers.
