對於許多未獲社會關注的公共議題而言,常衍生出更多的社會問題,從而導致社會的紛擾與衝突,甚至社會公共性價質的流失。對對這樣的挑戰,高等教育雖能扮演引導年輕學子關注公共議題的角色,但也意識到公共議題常面臨技術、人才、資訊與資金等缺乏的限制,因而如何藉由新興的「群眾募資」或「社會募資」以面對探索與解決公共議題的困境,集成為本門課程的目標。For many public issues that have not attracted social attention, more social problems often arise, leading to social conflicts and conflicts, and even the loss of social public quality. In response to such challenges, although higher education can play the role of guiding young students to focus on public issues, it also recognizes that public issues often face the lack of restrictions such as technology, talent, information and funds. Therefore, how to integrate the dilemma of exploring and solving public issues with the new "group fundraising" or "social fundraising" to face the dilemma of exploring and solving public issues.
