教育目標 Course Target
本課程係以課堂講授進行教學，冀使學生初步掌握民法概念，能夠認識我國民法體系並正確認知、使用法律用語。
使學生能夠正確使用我國民法重要實定法用語，並能初步分析簡單民事紛爭之法律關係。
This course is taught through classroom lectures, hoping to enable students to initially grasp the concepts of civil law, understand my country's civil law system, and correctly understand and use legal terms.
Enable students to correctly use important positive legal terms in my country's civil law and to preliminarily analyze the legal relationships in simple civil disputes.
