在經濟全球化的時代，國際貿易規則也日趨繁複，在分類上更可區分為以規範私人貿易行為之國際貿易私法，以及以管制國家貿易規則之國際貿易公法兩大類。本課程內容將涵蓋三大部分，除了前述之國際貿易私法以及國際貿易公法外，也將涵蓋國際貿易爭端解決處理。針對國際貿易私法部分，本課程將就國際買賣、契約訂定以及爭端解決等議題進行講述，在國際貿易公法部分，則側重於說明世界貿易組織法律規範，除了講述WTO下對貨品、服務貿易以及智慧財產權保護、防衛措施以及補貼之規定外，亦將就當前熱門之CPTPP、TTIP、RCEP等自由貿易協定以及國際投資法規加以介紹。為了培養學生解決並處理國際貿易爭端之基本能力，本課程也將講述國內以及國際貿易糾紛之救濟和爭端解決，以及國際投保協定下對跨國投資之保護與規範。

In the era of economic globalization, international trade rules have become increasingly complex. They can be divided into two categories: private international trade law, which regulates private trade behavior, and public international trade law, which regulates national trade rules. The content of this course will cover three parts. In addition to the aforementioned private international trade law and public international trade law, it will also cover international trade dispute settlement. For the private international trade law section, this course will cover topics such as international sales, contract formation, and dispute settlement. In the public international trade law section, it will focus on explaining the legal norms of the World Trade Organization. In addition to describing the regulations on trade in goods, services, intellectual property rights protection, defense measures, and subsidies under the WTO, it will also introduce the currently popular free trade agreements such as CPTPP, TTIP, and RCEP, as well as international investment regulations. In order to cultivate students' basic ability to resolve and handle international trade disputes, this course will also cover the relief and dispute resolution of domestic and international trade disputes, as well as the protection and regulation of cross-border investments under international investment insurance agreements.

國貿法規顧名思義就是規範國際貿易秩序的法律規定，包括國際貿易私法及國際貿易公法兩部分。私法部分泛指私人或廠商間的貿易規範，以私人或廠商間的契約為主；公法部分則以國家為規範對象，以國際間之條約、公約、協定為主。本課程將由私法部分出發，介紹並討論各種常見的國際商務契約的主要內容，至於公法部分則以介紹世界貿易組織及其各項規範為主。

As the name suggests, international trade regulations are legal provisions that regulate the international trade order, including private international trade law and public international trade law. The private law part generally refers to the trade regulations between private individuals or manufacturers, mainly contracts between private individuals or manufacturers; the public law part takes the state as the regulatory object, mainly international treaties, conventions, and agreements. This course will start from the private law part, introducing and discussing the main contents of various common international business contracts. The public law part will mainly introduce the World Trade Organization and its various norms.
