第三波數位革命時代的來臨，全球正進入由智慧 AIot 轉型所帶動的經濟轉型，人工智 慧、物聯網、雲端等技術成熟，科技成本大幅下降，創新驅動從技術驅動轉向為商 業模式創新服務模式驅動，AIoT 數位科技的導入關鍵不在是技術本身的創新，而是 在產業本身的遊戲規則制定與設計，價值夥伴的合作與設計，如何從「客戶的客 戶」(B2B2C)當中，以客戶的需求與痛點，並從顧客網絡、平台競爭、資料價值轉 換、創新快速驗證、價值設計的五大面向(Rogers, 2016)，設計尋找出傳統產業的創 新價值，建立以客戶的價值鏈為中心的新經濟與商業模式，才是產業未來競爭優勢 取得的關鍵。
因此本課程期望培養同學，學會的不再是細枝末節的知識與技能，而是要學會創新與開創的方法，以及如何站在制高點思考各種問題並預見未來，並且具備有動手做的能力(眼高手黑的能耐)。面對瞬息萬變的未來與社會環境快速變遷，學習「新叢林法則」，學習探索數位轉型創新與商業模式設計，藉由學習創新轉型與經營模式設計相關理論與互動式個案教學、實務演講與實務專題演練，培養同學能辨識市場機會、掌握創新轉型策略與經營模式分析與設計能力，了解企業營運模式的基本知識及可能遭遇的困難與挑戰，進而激發學習者之創新與創業精神，開拓未來潛在新事業之動能。
