本課程由咖啡館業師教授，特色在於結合咖啡產業實務與經營管理理論，並融合咖啡產業實作課程，提昇學生就業或創業的專業競爭力。

注意事項：
1.本課程含30小時實作與實習，業師有權決定咖啡館實習之人選，4/23課堂上公告咖啡館實習之學生分配名單。
2.學生必須配合課程規定繳交實作或實習心得。
3.第一堂課缺席者將強制退選。
4.出席率低於70%者，期中考與期末考不予計分。
5.本中心補助學生至台中市以外咖啡館實習之交通費(僅限於客運、火車、公車與捷運)。
6.咖啡館實習甄選通過之學生，需自行與業師討論實習時間與場地。
This course is taught by coffee shop industry experts. It features a combination of coffee industry practice and business management theory, and integrates coffee industry practical courses to enhance students' professional competitiveness for employment or entrepreneurship.

Things to note:
1. This course includes 30 hours of practice and internship. The instructor has the right to decide the candidates for the coffee shop internship. The list of students assigned to the coffee shop internship will be announced in class on April 23.
2. Students must submit practical or internship experience in compliance with course regulations.
3. Those who are absent from the first class will be forced to withdraw.
4. For students whose attendance rate is less than 70%, the midterm and final exams will not be scored.
5. The center subsidizes students’ transportation expenses to internships in cafes outside Taichung City (limited to passenger transport, trains, buses and MRT).
6. Students who pass the coffee shop internship selection are required to discuss the internship time and venue with the industry instructor.
