教育目標 Course Target
教導學生如何利用儀器上常用的通訊介面進行數據讀取及儲存，同時針對不同的基礎量測，例如溫度、電容、電壓電流及高頻量測等…學習不同元件模組特性之客製化測量。
Teach students how to use the commonly used communication interface on the instrument to read and store data, and at the same time, different basic quantities are measured, such as temperature, capacitor, voltage current and high frequency measurement, etc., to learn custom measurements of the module characteristics of different components.
