本課程目標希望修習學生不但能了解網路安全相關重要原理,亦能了解在實務面上,目前現役服務的重要網路安全工具與應用程式,不但要知道其優點,更要了解其缺點與面對的挑戰,奠定以後踏入職場之基礎。本課程著重在網路安全的相關原理及其實務面上的安全工具與應用程式之認識、瞭解與應用,包括:(1)對稱式加密法: 古典加密技術、有限體、AES加密原理與實務、對稱式加密的機密性與實務 (2)公開金鑰加密和雜湊函數: 數論介紹、Diffie-Hellman鑰匙交換法、RSA的原理與實務、橢圓曲線密碼學的原理與實務、訊息認證與雜湊函數的原理與實務、雜湊與HMAC演算法的原理與實務、數位簽章與認證協定的原理與實務與 (3) 網路安全應用與實務: 認證的應用、IP安全機制與實務、TLS的工作原理與實務、SET的工作原理與實務、4G-LTE 的安全機制與實務等。The goal of this course is to hope that students can not only understand the important principles related to network security, but also understand the important network security tools and applications currently in service in practice. They should not only know their advantages, but also understand their shortcomings and aspects. The right challenge will lay the foundation for entering the workplace in the future. This course focuses on the knowledge, understanding and application of network security-related principles and practical security tools and applications, including: (1) Symmetric encryption: classical encryption technology, finite body, AES encryption principles and practices , Confidentiality and practice of symmetric encryption (2) Public key encryption and hash function: introduction to number theory, Diffie-Hellman key exchange method, principle and practice of RSA, principle and practice of elliptic curve cryptography, message authentication and hash function Principles and practices, principles and practices of hash and HMAC algorithms, principles and practices of digital signatures and authentication protocols, and (3) Network security applications and practices: application of authentication, IP security mechanisms and practices, and the working principle of TLS and practice, the working principle and practice of SET, the security mechanism and practice of 4G-LTE, etc.
