This course will introduce the basic concepts and operational models of supply chain management, and the problems faced in supply chain management, as well as methods for dealing with these problems.
The course content includes supply chain management strategies, logistics network design, production planning, delivery, distribution, information, performance evaluation and implementation of the coordination model.
