0651 - 遺傳工程 Genetic Engineering


教育目標 Course Target

本課程將以遺傳工程實驗原理,配合以實驗方法與結果分析,來表示遺傳工程的基本觀念,以分組學習及討論方式,並期使大三大四學生了解如何以遺傳工程技術學來探討生物科學的本質。內容包含基因選殖基本及進階應用方法,真核細胞中的基因表達,各類真核細胞表達載體,動物細胞轉染,西方點墨法,定點突變法,基因靶向 (gene targeting),轉殖小鼠基因型確認,遺傳工程在醫學及疾病治療的應用等。This course will use the principles of transmission engineering practice, combined with the analysis of experimental methods and results to express the basic concepts of transmission engineering, and use learning and discussion methods to classify the third and fourth-year students to understand how to explore the essence of biological science through transmission engineering technology. The content includes basic and advanced application methods for gene selection, gene expression in eukaryotic cells, various types of eukaryotic cell expression loads, animal cell transfection, Western ink method, fixed-point intrusion method, gene targeting, genotype confirmation of reincarnation mice, application of transmission engineering in medicine and disease treatment, etc.


課程概述 Course Description

本課程由謝明麗老師以課前講義配合power point講授方式進行, 學生將閱讀及整理討論特定基因的操作。本課程將以實驗原理配合實驗設計,以實驗結果討論來表示遺傳工程技術學的重要實作觀念。期望能灌輸學生基本觀念,並加強實作設計經驗。 內容包含基因選殖基本及進階應用方法,各類載體及酵素,DNA/RNA各類分析方法,定點突變法,基因targeting等。
This course is conducted by Teacher Xie Mingli in pre-class lectures and power point lectures. Students will read and organize and discuss the operations of specific genes. This course will use experiment principles and experiment design to express important practical concepts in transcribing engineering technology with experiment results discussions. We hope to instill students in basic concepts and strengthen their practical design experience. The content includes basic and advanced application methods for gene selection, various types of loads and enzymes, DNA/RNA analysis methods, fixed-point intrusion methods, gene targeting, etc.
