教育目標 Course Target

簡介奈米結構及材料的基本特性, 並了解奈米材料製備技術與檢測方法, 進而認識奈米材料在電子, 光電, 生化感測應用

Introduce the basic characteristics of nanostructures and materials, and understand the preparation technology and detection methods of nanomaterials, and then understand the applications of nanomaterials in electronics, optoelectronics, and biochemical sensing.
