「メディ アを読む」という言葉をキーワードに、批評的なメディアの見方、読み方についての授業を行います。 情報の送り手がどんなメッセージを、どのように伝えようとしているか。メディアの受け手は、それをどのように解釈するのか。メディアと社会、そして受け手であるみなさんとの関係など、解釈と実践を通して、批判的に読む力をつけることが目的です。
今学期は、特にインターネット上を飛び交い、拡散するフェイクニュースについて取り上げます。フェイクニュースはなぜ、どのように広まるのか。社会のどのような状況を反映し、またどのような影響を与えるのか。インターネット上のコミュニケーションのあり方、情報をやりとりする人間の心の働きなどを丁寧に学びつつ、考えていきたいと思っています。
