授課目標：
透過本課程的教學應實現以下目標:
(1)擴大外來語的詞彙量，掌握聆聽日本所播放的海外新聞的基本技巧
(2) 以「南北問題」、「環境問題」、「地域紛争」、「貧困」、「核問題」、「人種差別」、「市民社会」、「先住民族」、「国際機関」、「エネルギー問題」、「多様性」等關鍵詞為主，協助學生迅速理解日本的海外新聞之相關背景訊息
(3)培養學生可將日本對亞洲乃至世界各地的新聞以及科普類的知識，用日語準確表達並且流暢交流。
Course goals:
Through the teaching of this course, the following goals should be achieved:
(1) Increase the volume of words from outside and master the basic skills of listening to overseas news played by Japan
(2) Mainly focus on keywords such as "North-South Issues", "Environmental Issues", "Geographical Controversy", "Disaster", "Nuclear Question", "Difference in Humanity", "Civil Society", "First-resident Ethnicity", "International Internet", "Easy Question", and "Diversity", etc., to help students quickly understand the relevant background information of Japan's overseas news
(3) Training students can accurately express and communicate Japanese knowledge about news and popular science in Asia and around the world in Japanese.
承續新聞聽解（一），藉由觀看或聽取新聞報導，訓練同學聽解能力外，並透過新聞内容，培養同學認知相關的政治、經濟、文化、社會…等現象，也藉以探討相關議題讓同學做批判性思考。
Inheriting news listening (I), by watching or listening news reports, cultivating students' listening skills, and through the news content, we cultivate students' political, economic, cultural, social, etc. related phenomena, and also explore relevant issues to allow students to think critically.
