8325 - 運動服務管理 Service and Management in Sports


教育目標 Course Target

運動產業的範圍廣泛,橫跨了製造業與服務業兩種領域。就我國運動產業的發展觀之,2000年以前,以運動用品製造業為發展主流,其外銷產值名列世界前茅。近年來隨著國民所得提高、休閒時間的增加、國人生活型態的轉變及政府全民運動的提倡,使得運動服務業開始蓬勃發展,越來越多人藉由運動以均衡個人健康及生活,運動服務業將發展成為知識型健康產業。整體而言,運動產業已成為先進國家經濟發展的重要一環。 本課程以運動服務業發展趨勢為主軸,由「瞭解服務」開始談起,說明服務在經濟體中扮演促進發展的角色,以問題式的架構探討服務策略的規劃。第二篇則專注討論「服務業設計」的議題,涵蓋服務設計的實務應用及工具,導入服務利潤鏈的概念,探討服務接觸的過程中設計支援設施、服務流程,以及服務設施位置的關鍵,在於創造極小化顧客移動時間與極大化利潤的效益。最後一篇則以「管理服務營運」作總結,在全球經濟的環境中討論服務供應鏈的管理機制。 另課程中需 (1) 「遵守智慧財產權觀念」及「不得不法影印」 (2) 學生需使用正版教科書或不得使用不法影印教科The range of sports industries is wide, spanning two fields: manufacturing and service industries. As for the development of our country's sports industry, before 2000, the manufacturing of sports supplies was the mainstream development, and its foreign sales value ranked among the best in the world. In recent years, with the increase in national income, the increase in leisure time, the change in national lifestyle and the promotion of the government's national sports, the sports service industry has begun to flourish. More and more people have used sports to balance their personal health and life, and sports service industry will develop into an intellectual-based health industry. Overall, the industry has become an important part of the economic development of advanced countries. This course focuses on the development trend of sports services, starting with "understanding services", explains that services play a role in promoting development in the economy, and explores the planning of service strategies with a problem-based architecture. The second article focuses on the topic of "Service Design", covering the practical applications and tools of service design, introducing the concept of service profit chain, and exploring the key to designing support facilities, service processes, and service facilities locations in the process of service contact, which is to create the benefits of minimizing customer movement time and maximize profits. The last article summarizes "Management Service Operations" to discuss the management mechanism of service supply chains in a global economic environment. In addition, you need to (1) "Abide by the concept of wisdom property rights" and "must have to copy illegally" (2) Students must use genuine textbooks or must not use illegal photocopy textbooks
