本課程以最新慢性疾病相關文獻回顧結合臨床照護案例探討慢性疾病的流行病學、發生原因、診斷檢查、治療與預防，宗旨為教導學生對常見慢性疾病有基礎認識，並藉由上課所學的症狀詢問與簡易理學檢查有能力幫助周圍人員選擇適當科別就醫與給予正確衛教常識。

This course uses a review of the latest chronic disease-related literature combined with clinical care cases to explore the epidemiology, causes, diagnostic tests, treatment and prevention of chronic diseases. The purpose is to teach students a basic understanding of common chronic diseases, and through the symptom inquiry and simple physical examination learned in class, they can help people around them choose the appropriate department for medical treatment and provide correct health education knowledge.
