促進兩岸國際私法理論與實務運用上之交流，因此將大陸目前國際私法的近況及未來的發展趨勢濃縮介紹，以進一步比較兩岸法學間的異同處。近年來兩岸國際私法在交流上亦趨頻繁，故開此課程提供有興趣的臺灣學生了解兩岸國際私法。課程內涵包括討論國際案例，讓學生提出對兩岸國際私法案件之看法。透過與大陸學者的討論強化選修同學對大陸國際私法的認識。Promote exchanges between the theory of international private law on both sides of the Taiwan Strait and practical use, so we will introduce the current and future development trends of international private law in the mainland to further compare the differences between the two-strait legal studies. In recent years, cross-strait international private laws have also been frequently exchanged, so this course provides interesting Taiwanese students with understanding of cross-strait international private laws. The course content includes discussing international cases, allowing students to express their views on cross-strait international private law cases. Through discussions with mainland students, we strengthen the recognition of mainland international private law by selecting fellow students.
