4.實務與程序法之介紹,配合實體法規定與家事事件法中有關調解程序,家事訴訟,與婚姻非訟,親子非訟,收養,未成年人監護,親屬間扶養,監護宣告,輔助宣告,親屬會議等事件.
5.政治結構自家天下發展到民主國家,人格自由與平等權之個人主義思想,經濟與科技發展等因素,均影響家庭組織與社會變遷.法律面對家庭與社會之變遷下之多元問題,如何制定及修法,與時俱進,衡平以定紛止爭,促進良善之社會發展.

3. Micro-discuss the relevant interpretations and practical opinions of the Supreme Court Conference. For example: interpretations 18, 28, 32, 34, 58, 91, 147, 242, 362, 365, 372, 410, 452, 502, 587, 620, 647, 712, 728, 748, etc.
4. Introduction to practical and procedural law, cooperating with substantive law provisions and family affairs law related to mediation procedures, family litigation, marriage non-litigation, parent-child non-litigation, adoption, guardianship of minors, inter-relative support, guardianship declaration, auxiliary declaration, family meetings and other matters.
5. The political structure has developed from the domestic world to a democratic country. Factors such as individualistic ideas of personal freedom and equal rights, economic and technological development, etc., have affected family organization and social changes. Faced with the diverse issues arising from the changes in family and society, the law must formulate and amend laws, keep pace with the times, settle disputes and settle disputes in a balanced way, and promote the development of a good society.
