7054 - 舊建築再利用 Reuse of Old Buildings


教育目標 Course Target

「舊建築再利用」已是先進國家的社會主流,其乃全世界,尤其是大都會區域致力於新舊環境結合的永續發展目標,除了物質的能源節約觀點外,舊有空間氛圍與過往歷史的連結、前人智慧的沉澱,更是形塑城市認同與自明性的關鍵所在。近數十年來,再利用已由單點的改造逐步邁向整體空間再造的課題,透過保存,利用建築生命週期的循環,納入文化發展與空間改造。「保存」的工作是一項與時間對抗的工作,其最終目的在將建築形貌留存,並延續到未來,其涉及了形貌價值的研究、材料修復與保存的技術、以及再利用的設計。本課程的主要目標在教導同學有關舊建築再利用的概念與操作模式、修復技術的理論與實務,並將之由點而線而面擴張至城市的保存與再生。授課方式除課堂講述外,並藉由實例的參觀,使同學對舊建築再利用、修復實務與城市再生有所認知與體認。 課程內容主要分成五部分:一為保存觀念的建立,講述內容包括修復倫理與原則及其實踐。二為舊建築再利用的設計操作與實踐,包括保存的觀念及文化資產保存的基本概念與趨勢,再利用空間設計策略與案例探討,以羅浮宮、奧塞美術館、天堂書店、哨船頭的再生等為例,探討舊建築之活化與再生。三為修復技術的理論與實務,包括歷史性建築常見的損壞、保存與修理方式,工事概要建立,城市場所精神的尋找與重塑--談國定古蹟英國領事館及官邸之保存,屋面瓦作類型及修復技術,透過實務的操作經驗,讓同學了解修復實務。四為城市再生,引領同學進行城市觀察,再以巴黎、高雄哨船頭為例,介紹這兩個在歷史建築及城市保存上極具特色的案例。五為中外舊建築再利用設計手法分析報告,讓同學透過再利用案例的解析,落實上課所得,並進行分析結果之分享與討論。 "Reuse of old buildings" has become the social mainstream of advanced countries. It is the goal of sustainable development that the whole world, especially the metropolitan area, is committed to the integration of new old environments. In addition to the material energy settlement, the old space atmosphere is the connection between past history and the subsidence of the wisdom of predecessors, which is also the key to shaping the city's understanding and self-evidentity. In the past decade, the topic of reusing the entire space reconstruction has gradually moved from single transformation to overall space reconstruction. Through preservation, the circulation of the building life cycle has been incorporated into cultural development and space transformation. The work of "preservation" is a work that confronts time. Its ultimate goal is to preserve the building's morphology and extend it to the future. It involves the research on morphology value, the technology of material repair and preservation, and the design of reuse. The main purpose of this course is to teach students theories and practices about the concepts and operation modes of old buildings reuse, and to extend them from point to line to the preservation and regeneration of the city. In addition to lectures in class, the teaching method is also conducted through examples to enable students to understand and understand the reuse, repair and urban regeneration of old buildings. The course content is mainly divided into five parts: one is to preserve the establishment of concepts, and the lecture content includes revision of ethics and principles and their realities. The second is the design operation and implementation of the reuse of old buildings, including the concept of preservation and the basic concepts and trends of cultural asset preservation, and the use of space design strategies and case exploration, taking the regeneration of Rofloor Palace, Osse Art Museum, Paradise Bookstore, and the regeneration of the whistleboat. The third is the theory and practice of repair technology, including common damage, preservation and repair methods of historic buildings, the establishment of fortifications, the search and reshaping of the spirit of urban sites--discussing the preservation of the British Council and official residences of the National Antiquities, the type of roof tiles and repair techniques, through practical operation experience, students can understand the repair practice. The fourth is urban regeneration, which leads students to conduct urban observations, and then uses the Paris and Kaohsiung whistle boats as examples to introduce these two cases that are distinctive in historical buildings and urban preservation. 5. The analysis report of old Chinese and foreign buildings reuse design techniques is analyzed, so that students can implement the lessons through the analysis of reuse cases, and share and discuss the analysis results.
