教育目標 Course Target

本課程討論藝術治療的基本概念,此為結合藝術與心理治療之跨領域的助人專業,概念從最基礎的治療關係及藝術創作所扮演的重要角色,心象與作品呈現的投射以及象徵意涵在治療歷程中產生轉化與昇華。透過精神動力取向之藝術治療核心的學者理論結合實務場域之運用。 希望參予課程對象對各種表達性藝術如何具有治療之效用,未來目標即使希望成為音樂治療師,當個案使用視覺藝術媒材時,透過此課程可理解藝術治療之基本理論與實務應用。

1. 介紹表達性藝術如何產生治療之效用。
2. 認識藝術治療之創作其象徵的投射意涵。
3. 了解藝術即治療與動力取向藝術治療之核心運作模式
4. 藝術治療媒材與空間之多樣性以及對應不同個案族群之需求。
5. 學習治療架構與信任關係之基本概念,包括界限、保密與承載之議題。
6. 研習藝術與精神分析之基本理論。
7. 探討治療歷程中:意識及潛意識、客體、防衛機轉、移情、反移情、動力。

This course discusses the basic concepts of art therapy, which is an interdisciplinary helping profession that combines art and psychotherapy. The concept starts from the most basic therapeutic relationship and the important role played by art creation. The projection and symbolic meaning of mental images and works are transformed and sublimated in the treatment process. Through the academic theory of the core of psychodynamic art therapy combined with the application in the practical field. Participants who hope to participate in the course can understand the therapeutic effects of various expressive arts. Even if their future goal is to become a music therapist, when the case uses visual art media, this course can understand the basic theory and practical application of art therapy.

1. Introduce how expressive arts can have therapeutic effects.
2. Understand the symbolic projection meaning of art therapy creation.
3. Understand the core operating models of art as therapy and dynamic art therapy
4. Diversity of art therapy media and spaces and corresponding needs of different patient groups.
5. Learn the basic concepts of therapeutic structure and trusting relationships, including issues of boundaries, confidentiality, and carrying.
6. Study the basic theories of art and psychoanalysis.
7. Explore the treatment process: consciousness and subconsciousness, objects, defense mechanisms, transference, countertransference, and motivation.
