動物組織學是研究動物體顯微構造，各組成彼此在結構和功能上相關性的一門課程，因此極為重要，本課程的目標為讓同學學習分辨各種組織的判斷能力,包括組織的分布位置,結構型態以及各項生理功能,為日後研究上的應用提供必備的基礎知識。本課程之授課內容與目標如下: 1. 了解解剖學、組織形態學、各組織器官中生理和生化學之知能、2.藉由組織切片與圖片觀察更深刻認識生物體內不同組織的型態、特徵以及分佈、3.組織切片技術之知能、4.免疫組織染色標定等相關實驗技術之知能。

Animal organization is a course that studies the microstructure of animals. Each organization forms a course that is related to each other in structure and function, so it is extremely important. The purpose of this course is to allow students to distinguish the discrimination ability of various organizations, including the distribution location, structure and various physiological functions of the organization, to provide essential basic knowledge for future research applications. The teaching content and objectives of this course are as follows: 1. Understand the knowledge of anatomy, organizational shape, physiology and biochemistry in various organs, 2. Through the observation of tissue slices and pictures, we can deeply understand the shapes, characteristics and distribution of different organisms in organisms, 3. Knowledge of tissue slice technology, 4. Knowledge of immunostructure staining and other related experimental techniques.
