教育目標 Course Target
■  課程目標 (Course Objectives)
透過資料研讀、課堂研討、團體工作方案規劃實作,以及團體工作經驗分享等方式:
1.學習和了解小團體動力學,並能將所學分析與運用在團體活動中;
2.理解社會團體工作意義、類型、工作程序與團體領導技巧;
3.能將團體工作專業知識與技能運用在社會福利機構,以提供專業服務。
■  課程內涵 (Course Contents)
1.透過研讀小團體理論、社會團體工作意義、發展史與團體工作程序等資料,並配合小團體結構活動方案研討,以幫助學生學習團體動力和團體領導技巧。
2.邀請社會福利機構實務團體經驗分享,並配合案例說明團體方案設計原則,並由學生分組實際設計團體工作方案。
■Course Objectives
Through data study, classroom discussions, group work plan planning and implementation, and group work experience sharing, etc.:
1. Learn and understand small group dynamics, and be able to analyze and apply what you have learned in group activities;
2. Understand the meaning, types, work procedures and group leadership skills of social group work;
3. Be able to apply professional knowledge and skills in group work to social welfare institutions to provide professional services.
■ Course Contents
1. Help students learn group dynamics and group leadership skills by studying small group theory, the significance of social group work, development history, and group work procedures, and cooperating with small group structure activity plan discussions.
2. Invite practical groups from social welfare institutions to share their experiences, explain the principles of group plan design with cases, and have students divide into groups to actually design group work plans.
