社會工作始於對社會問題的關注,若依Francis J. Turner(2011)所著Social Work Treatment-Interlocking Theory Approaches一書計收錄27種理論。這些理論多少都受精神分析學派的影響,有的從精神分析學派再發展,或站在反對精神分析學派的立場;晚近後現代的理論則是受到福利資源的限制而新創,有的則是以更貼近社會真實的系統觀生態關來評量,處遇問題的發生。社會工作這門專業演化近100年來,多數助人理論是社會工作與其他助人專業共用的理論;僅有少數是社會工作獨門發展的例如心理暨社會學派,任務中心取向。每一種理論的發展都有其時代背景,對人性(問題)的假設,這些助人信念也牽動助人者的位置,助人關係等。
學生於本課程中除了應學習社會工作常用的助人理論,包括該理論的基本假設,理論建構與理論運作等,也應該由理論星圖中定位暪一個理論的定位,區辨期間的差異,更重要的助人工作者應該學習並反思,這些理論如何被應用與其對助人工作帶來的影響。
Social work begins with the focus on social issues, according to the book Social Work Treatment-Interlocking Theory Approaches by Francis J. Turner (2011), which contains 27 theoretical discussions. These theories are somewhat influenced by the psychoanalytic school. Some have developed from the psychoanalytic school or stand on the stance of the psychoanalytic school; the recent post-modern theories are newly created by the limitations of welfare resources, and some have evaluated them with a more realistic systemic ecological relationship, and encounter problems. In the past 100 years of professional evolution of social work, most of the theory of helping people is a common theory of social work and other professional helping people; only a few are the development of social work, such as psychological and social schools, and the mission-centered orientation. The development of each theory has its own historical background, assumptions about human nature (questions), these beliefs of helping others also promote the position of those who help others, and help others, etc.
In this course, students should learn the helpful theory commonly used in social work, including the basic assumptions of the theory, theoretical construction and theoretical work, etc., and should also distinguish the differences during the period from the positioning of the theory star. More importantly, the helping workers should learn and reflect on how these theories are applied and their impact on the helping work.
本課程主要目標在於幫助碩士班同學對於社會工作理論與派別之哲學背景、理論內容、及實務運用,有整體性的瞭解及發展出對實務與理論的邏輯、批判的思考。
